Lake Matheson – New Zealand has an abundance of beautiful lakes, but this one is particularly special as it is not only beautiful in its own right, but also on a clear day, you will be able to see the picture perfect reflection of Mount Cook in the lake, as well as a view of the two famous glaciers, Fox and Franz Josef, which are natural attractions that serious walkers may also enjoy paying a visit too!
